These feelings seem to touch all aspects of your life. They certainly affect how you feel about yourself and also have an impact on your relationships with others. How you deal with these feelings will depend on your own personality and your life experiences thus far. From time to time, you may experience some of these:

• Depression and loss of interest in your usual activities

• Feeling isolated and having strained relationships with your partner, family, friends, and coworkers

• Preoccupation with fertility and difficulty thinking about anything else

• Physical symptoms such as a change in your sleeping and/or eating patterns

• Inability to concentrate and more difficulty with decision making

• Thoughts of your own death or dying

Again, it's normal to experience any or all of these symptoms from time to time. However, if you experience them severely or for a prolonged period of time, please talk with your doctor or a mental health professional.
